GENERAL

♡ Credit me when uploading my work to your social media.♡ Tracing, editing, altering, etc is not allowed.♡ Models are for personal use (ie streaming, recording, etc). Unless stated otherwise!♡ Do not rush me to finish your commission! If needed by a certain date please discuss with me.♡ Provide clear image references. I will absolutely not work with text as a reference!♡ I will not be working off of moodboards, please already have a design. I can make adjustments to the already existing design within a reasonable amount.

PAYMENTS

♡ DO NOT send me any money until the commission is agreed upon and I have asked for payment!!!!!♡ If you are needing to do a payment plan, please discuss with me.

REVISIONS

♡ I will check with the client whether the sketch of the design is what they're looking for, major revisions can be made in this stage.♡ Once the lineart and base color is down no more major revisions are allowed. I can tweak small things within reason at this stage.♡ Feedback will be asked during each stage of my art process.

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

♡ Prior to payment, if you're looking to have your commission by a set date, please discuss with me.♡ A commission may be declined if I believe the time frame is not ample enough for me to get the commission done.♡ I will notify you if I am experiencing delays in my work.

USE

♡ Credit when uploaded my work to your social media is required.♡ Models created by me can be used for streaming, recording, etc.♡ You may not sell said model without my permission.♡ My art cannot be used in commercial products, merch, etc. without prior discussion.

INTELLECUTAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

♡ I retain the all copyright over my work and am allowed to use the image as a sample for sales or self promotion. A public commission can be posted on my social medias, with proper credit linking back to you for ownership of the design.♡ I do not claim the rights to a character design unless created by me.

REFUNDS

♡ A refund can be given if a model is still in the sketching phase.♡ Once a commission reaches the lineart and base color stages I will only refund 50%.♡ Once a commission is fully finished a refund is NOT ALLOWED.♡ If I personally cancel a commission I will refund the full prices of the commission.

COMMUNICATION

♡ Please notify me if you'd like an update on your commission, I will respond when I am able.♡ Feedback whilst I send you updates is appreciated.
